Mystery Shopping


We also offer a Mystery Shopper service.  Mystery Shoppers can be seen as covert assessors, who posing as a customer, experience and objectively report on the service they receive.


Results of the visit are then communicated with the management and staff; to provide factual information that will be of benefit to the organisation when planning how to improve service and focus staff training.


Our Mystery Shoppers are trained to capture customer experience across the board from positive to negative.  They are experts at making assessments objectively.   Our reports therefore provide a complete assessment of the entire customer experience and this can then be used as part of an overall business improvement and training program.
